"Amazing group of repair professionals. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman Pittsburgh East. The deck on my house needed to be replaced. Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. "Martin arrived on time and was ready to get to work. We went over the list of repairs and he started right in. I had purchased two hours of handyman services from Angie's list, but I had more than two  hours of work that needed to be done. Martin completed everything I asked him to do (even running out to the hardware store to purchase supplies) and agreed to stay extra time to finish my to do list. I paid for the extra time and out-of-pocket costs ($141).
Martin is a very personable guy. He was very agreeable to do whatever I asked. I would definitely use him again for general repairs. My only concern was the "prettiness" of the finishing work. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to the finished look. I think I would have been able to do the caulking job myself and maybe done the job a little neater. Truthfully, I'm not sure anyone else would notice the minor imperfections. Martin got a lot of little jobs done in a very short time (it would have taken me MUCH longer). Next time I have small repair work around the house, I will be calling Martin.
