"I recently purchased the house that was built by Incline homes. I like it. The reason I am giving one star is the ongoing issue with my AC. It's not working properly and it's 100 degrees outside and 80+ degrees inside right now. For 3 weeks I've been calling their office, leaving voicemails, sending emails. No one ever returned my calls or responded. All I get is the technician that keeps texting me promising to stop by. Never happened. I still hope Incline homes sees this review and resolves this issue. I will gladly change the rating if it happens."

We had some different ideas when we first contacted Charles but he was able to see what was possible and make great suggestions to fit our wishes, space, and budget. All of the workers that came to our home were very skilled, polite, and professional. They made sure that all work was done completely and correctly, no shortcuts.
