From quote of project to time line. I cannot say enough about the expertise of the workers which matched their work ethic. Always making sure every detail was on point and approved by me. A full Bathroom update plus laying over 300 square feet of tile with full demo of both areas. To come under 3 weeks speaks to the diligence of their work. "Tony seems polite in the beginning of the project but increasingly becomes manipulative and non-cooperative. He agrees to do everything I ask but ends up not doing it the way we agreed upon. And he took down my custom blinds in one bathroom he has been remodeling since February 2025 (has been promising me 2 bathrooms will be done 2 weeks ago) and the blinds are nowhere to be found, and he claimed, at first, there were never any blinds there. I was present when he told me he needed to remove them to do work on the casings and would re-install them later. Then he insisted he checked the cellar, his van, everywhere and they are nowhere. I told him he owes me for another set of blinds, and had to reorder the same custom wood blinds installed with all the 15 other custom blinds. I sent Tony the invoice ($300+) and he refuses to pay. He also never covered my furniture nor new floors, sawing and cutting in the dining room?very messy!! I have to clean up. He is unreliable. "
