We work on a FREE quote service on an item, in that we price the repair service of renovation before anything is done, firstly to let you decide if the item is worth working on, or if WE think the item is worth spending the money on. "The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

"Can't say enough good things about Mark.  I woke up this morning and my oven was not working, I called around to a handful of service people I found on Angie's List.  Mark was the only one to tell me he would come same day and was the most reasonably priced so I thought I had nothing to lose as I have a 50+ year old Roper wall oven.  My kitchen is basically from the 'mad men' era, the Roper oven has worked like a dream since we moved into the house about 15 years ago, anyway, I wasn't hopeful because of the age of this appliance.  Mark came a few hours after first speaking to him, he worked for about 2 hours and had my oven working better than before, I really can't say enough good things.  I 100% appreciated Mark's quick response and reasonable pricing.

"I called Not Just Handymen and described the scope of my work.  They put me in touch with one of their contractors, Patrick Scotto.  I spoke with Patrick by phone, sent him an email with my closet dimensions and a description of the shelves I wanted to install.  Patrick offered to pick up my shelves from Home Depot, arrived on time, had all the necessary tools, and got to work.  He took a look at what I thought I wanted and made suggestions that proved to be much better than what I had envisioned.  He worked quickly but thoroughly,  and paid great attention to detail.  Everything was done to perfection, and he cleaned up what little mess he made while installing (he had to drill so there was plaster dust).   Patrick knows his stuff.  And he was really nice.  I absolutely love my new shelving!

I don't have to pay anything. If my refrigerator goes bye bye they will replace it for free. They are very professional. We have had them for year. They also came here for my stove because something when wrong with the door, the oven door. I have a commercial oven and he door just won't shut so something when wrong with it, and they fixed it. Nick was very professional and prior to hiring him he told me exactly what the job would cost, so there were no surprises. Since he came on his own he did need an extra set of hands to take down the old microwave and put up the new one, but again, he asked that I have someone at home to help him with these quick tasks. I was very satisfied with the work."
