"The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. However, they were diligent and professional throughout the process and completed the project on time and within budget. The wall looks great and is an appealing improvement to the home.
