"Alex & his team were absolutely top notch! They worked on my house for approx. 6 weeks replacing termite/water wrought damaged wood beams, posts, fascia boards, etc. Then they built us an amazing deck/balcony that has a total of 5 layers and will last for, at least, the next 30- 40 years! Finally, they painted all of our house’s exterior, along with fixing all the stucco problems we had. Each of his team members showed up every day, on time & worked the entire day! I really couldn’t be more impressed w/a contractor! Believe me, I’ve hired bad (terrible) contractors in the past and was forced to fire them and lose lots of $ in the process! That’s why it feels so good to have such a great, easy & worry free experience! I would absolutely recommend Consolidated Construction for all your home construction needs!!!"

Only found two company’s that said they were able to do it.One gave us an outrageous bid and IM whose bid was with in our budget so we rolled the dice and hired them. On the agreed day for installation one man showed up on agreed time to start the job.I asked if he was going to do the work by himself and said his partner was sick but he could do job. Our original door was a 30 ft. wooden door. My first thought was I had made a mistake choosing IM but two later I was a happy camper. The new door looks exactly like our HOA neighbors and the fit is perfect. IM is a honest company with a great price and skilled installers."
