"Michael and team did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. They took our tiny, dysfunctional bathroom and turned it into a true master bathroom oasis in a short amount of time during the holiday season. When they had the space down to the studs, Michael sat down with us and discussed in detail the best possible use of the space and we couldn’t be happier with our final decision after going through the options. Michael was great at communicating and we still stay in touch to this day, which we truly appreciate. "Matt, Eric and team were great! they were here when they said they'd be here. Matt checked in almost every day even if he wasn't personally on the build that day. They had a "customer is always right" mentality and didn't penny pinch on change orders. Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. He immediately sourced a specialized contractor to do that part of the job which gave us all a tremendous amount of confidence. The attention to detail was great and nothing was too big or too small to discuss. We are extremely satisfied with the end product. It looks great!"
