Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. He immediately sourced a specialized contractor to do that part of the job which gave us all a tremendous amount of confidence. The attention to detail was great and nothing was too big or too small to discuss. We are extremely satisfied with the end product. It looks great!"
