"R.J. and Dominic came to do a regular water service. Very polite and friendly. They went at it and could have said "good enough", but looked the system over and replaced one of the switches for me. They could have just left but didn't. I consider that pretty exceptional, especially during summer, and they could have just called another tech to do it. "call another company told me that they will be out in two days, told them i have no water! they did't care.Call someone else and they said i needed a pressure tank, they replaced it . still no water then they told me i needed a switch, replaced that still no water. Then they told me that i needed a new water softener, & well pump. that's when I called AAWS Water and was here in less then an hour. right a way charlie told me it was the well pump he was cheaper then the other company he got it done tested my water softener did not need a new one, I did not need to replace my tank old still had air. "We have a well system for our house and we ran out of water. While not an expert, I checked the obvious possible causes and determined that there was a failure at the pump end. My wife was going crazy with no water and I had to get it fixed quickly. Being new to Cape Coral, I did not know who to call, so I called the home inspector who inspected our house when I purchased it. I had seen that he was very professional, knowledgeable and honest, so I trusted any referral that he might give. He referred me to Youngquist Brothers as being very good. I called them that morning and everything was fixed by that afternoon. The repairman, Daniel, came and started troubleshooting the problem, quickly confirming that there was a problem with a wiring short. He pulled the pump and pipe out and testing the wiring to see if it was just a wiring short and not the pump(which would have saved me some money). I liked it that he just didn't jump to saying the pump was bad (honesty). However the pump did turn out having an internal short. At that point he replaced the pump, 120 feet of pipe and wiring and thoroughly tested everything. He then took a look at my water conditioning system and addressed another issue that I had had, quickly fixing it also. My water system works perfectly now. I was very impressed with this company, from the quick dispatching to the excellent service that the repairman gave. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient (I was with him the whole time asking questions), but most of all, very honest. I am a do-it-yourself person and I liked the quality of work that he did. I now know where to call if I have anymore well/water system problems and who to refer my friends and neighbors to!"

"The guy was very neat and clean and repaired the problem. We did notice a few days later that the problem had returned, although it only happened once a day. The same person came back and did everything he could to reproduce the problem. He replaced another part (the flapper) and left the tank with dye in it so we could see if the issues remains."
