Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. "We have been planning our bathroom remodel for a couple of years, waiting for the right time. This spring, we kicked off the project by getting multiple estimates from various Angie's list contractors. We narrowed down to three contractors due to reviews, pictures, prior jobs and other research. Kurt provided a detailed estimate covering each aspect of the job, down to a line item of installing towel rods. This was appreciated for many reasons: 1-It showed each item that we requested. 2-each item had associated costs so we could include/exclude the service as we needed to maintain our budget. 3-He listened to what we said and got it. 4-The estimate was broken down into separate aspects. Demolition, installing/sealing sheetrock/etc, tiling, etc. This gave us better insight into how detailed the project was to be managed. When the project got underway, Kurt asked questions, provided feedback, and kept us informed. He never told us how we should "design/decorate" the bathroom. Unless we asked for his opinion, he provided options. When we asked his opinion, he provided reasoning. When it was subjective, he was always diplomatic. We have gone through a number of renovations and it is always stressful. Kurt and his wife (boss) Sherry were always pleasant and really made it as stressless as possible. Kurt stands behind his work and always made sure we were happy with his progress and performance. I would recommend Kurt without reservation. His attention to detail and easy going personality were greatly appreciated."
