Within 3 weeks of accepting the quote, work started. The crew was respectful, as quiet as is possible when removing an old backsplash, and exceptionally hardworking. "Let start by saying that all of the gentlemen were very nice. From the salesman to the installers. They did a very nice job. We are overall pleased with the outcome. But the gentleman that performed the installation did have their quirks. They were super friendly. But they showed up 4 hours early for the job. One of the installers showed up with a laceration of the finger that I ended up tending to. I am a healthcare provider so I did not mind, but it was still very odd. Like any good host I offered them drinks, and things went pretty well. Thankfully, I speak Spanish, because they seemed to have some questions I was able to help them with. If I did not speak Spanish, I am not sure what would have occurred. Furthermore, I wish they would have done the corners on the baseboards differently. They still have some very pronounced sharp edges. It is nothing we cannot fix, but it would be nice if we did not have to. Overall, the job was nicely done, but things could have gone a little smoother. Oh well."
