The start time and schedule were followed very closely. They obtained permits, removed a portion of a wall and moved plumbing/electric. A large custom island was built and semi-custom cabinets were used on the surround. They worked well with our appliance company to install a cooktop and microwave. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Overall, Sembros were a pleasure to work with and met all expectations."
