"Jeff Girard and his son, Max were fantastic to work with. We had a good idea of how we wanted it to look. We purchased the fixtures (with input from QMR), they supplied the drywall, wiring, some plumbing and other behind-the-walls items. They were flexible in allowing a separate contractor come in to fix foundation cracks. We were concerned about COVID and they were cautious in our interactions and always wore masks. They were pleasant, patient and highly skilled. The result is a beautiful new bathroom."

"For remodeling our shower area and doing tile work throughout the master bath , We got quotes from a few vendors including Century city bath. The sales rep who gave the quote was very detailed and thorough and responsive to questions . There was also no unnecessary badgering phone calls until we were ready to reach out . We finalized on Century city based on their promise of quality to price . They definitely delivered on it . The project was wrapped up in a week from start to finish including shower installation . The work was very professional as well as the contractors who came to our house . Only minor issue we faced was water leaking out of the shower door post installation . Once we let the sales rep know , it was rectified within couple of days .Sales rep was always following up with us for feedback and we could contact him for questions during the process as well . We have been utilizing the master bath and have no complaints. Definitely happy to recommend!"

"The results are really nice, but just took too long to complete, otherwise our project would have been rated "A". The process started in late September 2019 when we were asking for estimates. We really liked working with Teresa and selected Excel for the project in November 2019. We got scheduled for January 6th, 2020 to start a project which was to take 2 to 3 weeks. Roman did the remodel and he was fantastic. Great workmanship and easy to schedule with. While 95% of the project was completed in three weeks, delays with the walk-in shower glass and the linen closet doors pushed that remaining 5% completion out weeks. Covid-19 then added to the delays. The linen closet doors were finally delivered on May 5th, 2020. We are happy with the end result, even after the delays."
