Because it was the middle of winter, they said they would need to wait until it got warmer and all of the snow melted before scheduling the repairs. I did not hear another thing from them for several months. Then one day they called and said they would be there in the next week. It took them several weeks before they came. I am not sure if the repairs will take care of the problem, but it was worth a try before ripping off and replacing the roof. The work seems to be solid.

You do not know when they are coming. Office gives you a week window as to when they will get to you. 2. Techs didn't communicate when they were done. No paperwork, nada. 3. Emailed invoice said I had problems requiring immediate attention. I had to call them only to find out my siding needed a wash. This seems deceptive. 4. They charge up front. This is not common for me. Charge me when services are rendered, not a week prior. Their field staff did a good. I may consider rehiring in the future."
