"Everything went well with them. I was very pleased with the job he did. I paid $90 extra for radon detection as well. Scheduling went well. I called him to set up the appointment. He was able to accommodate with my schedule. He was informative and explained what he was doing. This was the best home inspection I have had. I would definitely use him in the future."

"SwainCo was such a pleasure to work with. After paying an arm and a leg to another company whose "repairs" caused the sale of our house to fall through, SwainCo came in and saved the day. Reasonably priced, honest, very knowledgeable, and responsive. I think the value of services we received far outweighed what we paid them. Adam always returned calls, emails, and the company was out there when they said they would be. They moved up our service from originally scheduled because they know time was of the essence for us. Such a breath air from many contractors! There was one minor thing that was overlooked (easy to do in a tiny, brick crawlspace of a 120 year old house), and after it was identified in an inspection, SwainCo came out the next day and fixed it. They provided us all documentation and invoices we needed to give to our buyers in a super timely manner. We close on the sale next week! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company strongly or use them for the job again. No regrets. Thanks, SwainCo!!"
