Only took about 20 min to remove old heater. After a total of 1 1/2 hours, the new one was operational as Steve said. Warrantee and price adjustments were as agreed to. Steve and his assistant worked well and efficiently together. Will certainly call him again for any future repairs!"

"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"Armor Air staff responded on time, and completed the work requested remarkably well (and on the same day). The new tankless water heater and the new water softener installed work very well."
