Ryan’s helper called out and did not come the day the job was scheduled but Ryan was still able to complete the job as scheduled, alone. We decided to use Indigo because Ryan was more knowledgeable about door installation and the types of doors available that we could purchase. His estimate included plans to carefully remove our relatively new storm door so he could re-install it after the new exterior door was finished. Steve Landis the owner is always in communication with us and his workers each day making sure everything is going smoothly. We had other quotes and some a little cheaper but he does not cut corners and in his initial walk around and quote he is very specific about the kinds of paint and why he is making the specific choices which we did not get from other quotes. Each day they would clean up. He and his workers take pride in there work. He and the workers made excellent suggestions which we appreciated. "i called multiple companies and decided to go with precision paint and power washing. I got my garage door painted and needed my bathroom vanity refinished a different color, it was a oak color and instead of spending a lot of money to replace the whole thing she suggested refinishing it with chalk paint , the end result is beautiful, I am so glad i didn't change it, now it looks modern with a nice white, she even left me a can of wax so i can re wax it as needed and it wont get damage easily. "We had the hardwoods throughout our house refinished along with the stairs and hand railing.  We got a couple of quotes and True Way was the only company that would stain the hand railing to match the floors.  They were slightly more expensive than the other quotes, but we went with them anyway because they seemed more professional and also seemed to have a lot of experience.  Having the hand rail refinished was a pretty expensive add-on and it does show a few streaks from the stain, but it's much, much better than it would have been if we had left it the previous blonde color and stained the hardwoods dark.  Overall, we're very happy with the finished product and Rodriguo ran a very professional business. I do wish that we had discussed the number of color samples he was going to put down, but that was just my mistake because I had made an assumption about how many we would see without actually speaking to him.
