"The work was done in a professional manner. Misael is fair, honest and incredibly neat. He and I discussed what I wanted and he found the best match for the replacements. They were installed carefully. He came at the time we agreed upon, and the price was very fair. I had tried one company that wanted more than I thought was fair. Turns out I was right since Misael did the job for around $2000 less than they wanted for just the shower replacement. I will be having him back again after the holidays to do some other work I need done."

"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in"

"Mark was great from start to finish. He came in and gave us an estimate. But beyond that, as first home buyers, he was extremely patient in explaining several things to us besides suggesting improvements to reduce our monthly costs (like changing the light spots for led lights, changing the thermostat to Nest - and he didn’t charge for getting that changed to us). Moreover, he was truly committed to delivering a quality work - for example, we bought an eggshell paint to the living room but in the hallway upstairs, the shine was highlighting the imperfections of the wall. He called us and asked for a gallon of matte paint and he painted it again, with a much better result. In the end there was a slight “delay”, however, we told him we would be moving in a certain weekend and he came in and finished all in time. He was recommended by our realtor (she has used his services and frequently recommends him for her clients - so he really had good reference prior to us hiring him). In relation to the costs, he didn’t charge a penny more than what we agreed for the services (material included). If needed in the future, I’d definitely hire him again."
