"Hard to rate this, because although results ended up fine, it was hard to get there. Great sales guy spent plenty of time, answered lots of questions (and tried to sell us leaf covers). His estimate diagrams were difficult to read, however, and had to call to get explanation. Bid best of 3, and seemed to have expertise to do it right. But... first appointment delayed by several weeks (office said they contacted me; no voicemail or email in junk folder). Next appointment, OK, but crew did not have proper materials nor understanding of scope of work (they too had a hard time reading the diagrams). They came the next day, but took some terrible shortcuts, resulting in poor placement (gutters were too short, so downspouts ended up on wrong sides of garage), one extension ran uphill, and another rested on top of a rock wall rather than alongside it (a simple adjustment). Good news: the owner was v responsive when we called, and a crew came out to fix the next day. Phew. Basically, the company has good management but lousy crew, or just poor training and insufficient communication between the two. Also: very glad I don't have to talk to the person on the phone there anymore."

We were promptly contacted by their agent Alex, who gave us a clear and precise information on steps required to perform the inspection, submit the claim, schedule the work, and handle the payment. He monitored the progress of the process and kept everything on track. The roof replacement job took just one day and the crew was utmost professional. They collected all the scraps and trash and even cleaned the gutters. I guess this is how you make sure that you, as a business, leave a happy customer!"

"It was TERRIBLE.....From the moment I came home from work and saw the shoddy workmanship, I ctctd.a person by the name
of Matt.  They didn't look right at garage levvel...Matt gave me the runaround, which I am finding out is all that he does...That is
tell suckers like myself that they couldn;t do anything....Fast forward to last summer when I had my roof re-roofed and I
asked contractor what is sticking out from under shingles?  He said that was the old hangers for gutters He took about   10 
minutes to remove them......
         I have left calls with a Mike Lacina, who I believe is the son...He did return calls.Also, I did get them out here on  2 seperate
occassions, to bend back the "cover" on the highest part of roof,which is 2nd floor of house...
   Also google "scam informer" and u will see well written article from another displeased customer
     they only care about selling product and are very difficult to get warranty work...My last conversation was with Matt, who was
very stand-offish.....I asked him what was his capacity with Lacina...He said I don't have to tell you....He is the PRESIDENT"

"I strongly recommend using Perkins & Company for your home projects. Josh was great at understanding our needs and explaining our options. We checked into several different gutter installers before choosing them. I can save you the trouble! ð ð ð Start with these guys and look no further. If you want salesmen with a huge company, there are plenty out there. If you want a fair price and a team that know what they are doing, ask Perkins for an estimate. Face it, it is about as much fun paying for gutters or home projects as it is paying for dental work. But when you need the work done, these are your guys. We could have paid a lot more money to another company but would not have gotten better service. They made it as pleasant as possible because they care about doing quality work and there was no delay in getting it done. I will definitely call on them again if other needs come up in the future"
