"We woke up this morning to our basement plumbing not working and sewage backed up into our pump room. This would always be a problem, however, my in-laws were staying down there in our guest room because they were here for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Since the party was to be held partially in the basement, we needed help fast.  I found Patrick through Angie's List and called him up. I woke him up and he was here within two hours, diagnosed the failed ejector pump, and had it repaired within an hour after his arrival.  He did a great job, put in a better pump than was originally there, and was incredibly patient with the birthday girl and all her questions. Thankfully, the party will now be able to go on as planned."

"Went well. Anthony is very thorough and Efficient. I've had him for my hvac checkups and repairs numerous times. Always a good experience. Service Now is a good local company that is thorough in all correspondence and am happy with their services."

"Excellent service.  Oscar and his crew go far and above what is necessary to fix or replace plumbing.  They are very conscientious, courteous and respectful.  They are also very considerate of your property, taking measures to insure that floors are kept clean and all debris is removed when they leave.  I will hire Rardin Plumbing and Heating again, and I highly recommend them.

"Water heater is working fine. Nick and his worker came in on Tuesday at the scheduled time. They tore out the old shower and removed the waste immediately. Precautions were made to protect our flooring by use of drop cloths. Did an inspection of the flooring to check for any mold or water damage to the floor. At any given time he brought us in to see what he was doing and what he was replacing. Prior to installing the shower head he raised it because my husband, being tall, would benefit from the raised height. He made recommendations as to which color and size of the tiles to be used. All procedures were done in a timely manner, but wasn't a rushed job. We were very pleased with the way the bathroom was cleaned after each day. When he came back today to seal the shower I asked him if he could out up a cd rack on the door for me and he did it very easily. We highly recommend Nick's Home Improvement and are very pleased with everything he has done for us. Nick is a keeper.

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
