Mark, a Navy veteran, is the owner, and took my call when I inquired about an estimate. Debbie is the interior consultant, and she took her time going over several options and price points. She was very easy to work with, didn't push any options over another, took my input into consideration, and was mindful of my goals and budget. Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. They arrived on time and tidied up at the end of the day. We ran into some minor issues which were easily overcome, and they exceeded my expectations. As advertised, this was a five day job. The remodel turned out much better than what I had envisioned, and I'm extremely happy with my "new" bathroom. Their warranty gives me peace of mind, and I expect to enjoy the bathroom for many years to come!"

"We hired Urban Oasis a few years ago to build an open pavilion and outdoor kitchen with a fireplace in our backyard. Carl was easy to work with, and ensured we were 100% happy with the results. It was an easy decision to hire him again when we were ready to enclose the kitchen. He recommended aluminum shutters, and we could not be happier with not only the way they turned out, but the service from Urban Oasis as a whole. Once again, Carl and his team were prompt, responsive, and did not leave the site until confirming we were 100% happy with the work. The project was completed in the exact time frame that we were quoted. The attention to detail in the build also exceeded our expectations. Even though the shutters were added years after our original build, they look as though they were a part of the original design. "Darren remodeled my home 2 years ago. I was very pleased when it was complete. It looked beautiful. He said it would take 4 - 6 weeks and it took 6 weeks. It ended up costing more because of things they uncovered (I think about $11K?). The craftsmanship has not withstood the test of time. 1) My wood floors keep bowing up - he came back out and fixed them once but won't return my texts now. 2) There is a section on lighting in my house that won't turn on. Again, he had someone come out and fix this once but won't return my messages now. 3) The fixtures in the bathroom are loose. I have a small ranch home and he almost completely remodeled it. While he did a good job in most places, it looks like I am going to have to replace my flooring which is throughout the entire house. Now I am going to have to have an electrician come out and get the lighting right and I am not sure exactly what to do about the loose fixtures but I am sure I will figure that out as well. Very poor service after the sale and craftsmanship does not stand the test of time."
