Of course the outcome is very important and they did a fabulous job. But so is the process, as remodels can be very stressful and I want to feel I trust the contractor, who knows what could go wrong.... Yossi and his crew converted 1 car part of the garage space into living area with a laundry room and a mud room. I liked the company so much that in the middle of the job I decided to hire them to also remodel my master bathroom. I consider myself a very "seasoned remodeler" as I did a lot of large remodels throughout my life in the past 20 years, some very large such as an entire home remodel. With Chellyanna, besides the outcome being fabulous, the whole process is great. Because Yossi is extremely honest and he will take care of you and do the right thing and make sure you love the result. He will not walk away before you say you love it. Their price is fair, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The whole project took a few weeks, and I had a crew in my house the whole time, Yossi scheduled everything perfectly and he was on site supervising every single day, sometimes when the task was more complex he would stay the whole day, other days he would give instructions, leave for a while, and come back to check. Before, during and after the communication was outstanding, I could text or call or email him and he was VERY responsive, like within minutes he replies to my text! In addition, his wife Rachel is a designer and they work together to help design and also make the selections of tiles, countertop, cabinets, lighting and paint colors. She learned my taste quickly and was able to help a lot. "I hired JCG to renovate a primary and secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom was a tub to shower conversion and included replacing the tile flooring. The primary bathroom replaced the tile floor, the tile shower, and removed a drop-in bathtub replacing with a freestanding tub. Both conversions required drains to be moved but the drain in the primary bathroom needed modifications to the concrete subfloor to relocate the drain for the new bathtub. JCG made some good recommendations that we really liked while doing both remodels and their focus was on quality. Being professional contractors, they've seen a number of updates to homes and they brought experience to our remodel. The secondary bathroom had a challenge that was caused by the original builder of the house. There was an issue with the shower framing that would require the studs to be torn down and reframed to completely correct the issue. JCG's crew made recommendations to work around the imperfections from the original house builders and made the conversion look great! This team has an eye for quality! They accounted for unexpected issues and still made the end results look great. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous every time they were in our house. Completely happy with both our bathrooms and will call JCG again when we have work to be done next year!"
