If I had an issue of concern they responded to it. For instance, my fence was stained right before Christmas. The next day it rained. So when the fence stain dried, it seemed a little uneven in places. I requested that they come back out to touch up the fence where there was uneven or light staining and they rescheduled in January after Christmas. The final refinished fence looks great. And I like the color."
