Items that were standard in his build however increased price in the other bids I got were the slow close components and the solid frame of the box part of the cabinet. Don explained the different wood options that would most likely meet my hopeful outcome ( clean lines and continuous wood grains) Don gave me a quote and a expected install date. He met both of those. DJ custom cabinets kept me informed thru the build process, asking and confirming questions., The cabinets were beautiful Don and his install crew take great pride in every aspect of the cabinet build, they appreciate a happy customer and it tells as they truly are a joy to work with and produce a fantastic cabinet for a very competitive price. "The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

However, he found a way to make it happen. He installed the new mailbox, cleaned up all the old concrete and carried away the concrete and old post. It took him about 1 and 1/2 hours.
