"Excellent business. Richard was doing work for my neighbor when I discovered a very bad leak in my front yard. The leak was going into my neighbor's front yard and onto the sidewalk. It so happened I had a plumber at my house on the same day to fix something inside the house. I pointed out the leak to my plumber and he was not interested in fixing it since it was not what I contacted them to do.
