"Best customer service! I submitted a request for quotes and Luminous called me with a few minutes and setup an appointment. They sent reminders and when the the electrician was on the way, they sent a text and an email with info about him and a picture of him. The electrician showed up early and provided a free estimate. After an hour, we decided to move forward with the planned work. He showed up in the afternoon and was able to remove the old under cabinet lighting and install the new lighting. Very professional and did a great job. Best customer service that I have had with a contracting company. Highly recommend Luminous Electric!!!"

"I hired top flight to install a transfer switch for my generator for backup power. The lead electrician on the job Kevin, was highly qualified and up for the task. He notified me of my options went over his preferences for my circumstances and I fully agreed with his advice. I also had a main breaker going bad which he discovered during the process of the install. So I had them come back and replace it at a later date as the breaker had to be ordered. I started to give four stars on value for the money but you can't put a price on peace of mind which is what I have now. I feel confident the job was done correctly and the next time a storm knocks out my power for 10 days I won't lose everything in my refrigerator and freezers plus I'll even have warm water for washing clothes etc. Very pleased with the whole team at top flight highly recommend. Everyone seems experienced and friendly and were more than willing to answer my questions and assured me they would be there for me in the future if needed."

His professionalism, honesty, and clear communication truly set him apart. During his inspection, Wilson discovered that the furnace — which was installed by a different company — was missing a drip leg, something that should have been included during the original installation. He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer.
