I have used Vanguard in the past and was very happy with them, so I called and got an appointment for Monday and was OK being without water for a day or so. David (tech) texted me 30 min later and said he could come earlier on Monday which was great, and when I explained what was happening in more detail, he offered to come out right then, on a Saturday! "They did not have the courage to call me and tell me they were going to be late. I waited from 11 am to 3Pm for them but no one came . I call the office and it was indicated that my name was not in their computer but funny that after half an hour , one of their workers called me and say that he was waiting and no one was home. "Apex Plumbing employees, James and Zach, came to my house to repair a water leak that stopped all water service to my house. James came and cleared the lawn covering my pipes. Then Zach came, located the leak and replaced the water pipe serving my house. Unfortnately, The meter showed a continuing leak. James crawled under my house and found an unknown second leak. They eliminated that pipe leak under my house. I now have full water service to my house with no more leaks. Thank you Zach and James for a complete repair of known and unknown leaks. Good job!"

To change outdoor faucet, the total bill was $386.00 plus small charged to us my credit card which brought to $411.00. I understood the $89 service charge; the part could not be more than $35 so rest was the cost of labor. I should have shopped around for better price. That would be my only disappointment. "
