It went great! I thought it was going to take all day finding where a leak showing up on the back of my house. Chris T. and Zach R. were able to determine quickly that it was coming from my second floor kitchen pipes. It ended up, unfortunately, being in the walls of a first floor bedroom which they promptly got a great game plan and discovered.

They had to work in the worst, tiniest part of one of my goofiest walls of my home and did such a great, professional job. They saved me SO much grief I cannot tell you. Discovering what I thought was a possible problem, they were able to determine quickly where the leak was. They did such an unbelievable job correcting everything and actually were so thorough that they discovered a 2nd LEAK!!! The second one was worse that the first one!

"Bob and his crew arrived right on time the morning of the appointment. A couple of them began dismantling the old furnace in the basement of the house, sweeping the floor and preparing the site for the new one, while a couple others did the same with the old AC unit outside in the backyard. Only when it occurred to me that I hadn't taken the old, broken water heater into account that I asked him if he could also install a new one fo those while he was there. He gave me a fair price quote, voiced no objections about messin gup his schedule or anything, and promptly went to obtain a water heater while his workers continued with their tasks. Everything was done in a matter of a few hours and the house was cleaned up better when they left than it was before they came!  I will call Bob for each of the next houses I plan to buy and rehab, knowing that he will do just as good a job on each one as he would on his own home or my own. Bob cares about the quality of his work and it is reflected in how he does business.
