"I called Plumb Perfect and spoke with Stanley Selig. He provided many helpful suggestions over the phone unfortunately they did not resolve the issue. Stanley stated that he was on a job and would stop by my house around 6:15 PM Friday evening. At 6:15 PM Stanley arrived and immediately notice that the gas line shut-off value needed to be replaced. He stepped out for a short while and returned with a new gas line shut off valve which he installed. Once the new gas line shut-off value was installed we were able to properly install the oven. Stanley saved the day. He was quick to react and to resolve my problem. On a Friday evening no less. He also followed up the next day with a follow up call to see how things were going. I highly recommend Stanley for any of your plumbing needs. He is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in his field. He's one of my hero's."

I was able to work with him and do a lot of work myself saving me money. His men were here on time installed items needed, electric hot water heater and in line water filter in less time than expected and out in 3 hours. The price was less than quoted. I will have them back for other problems I may have with plumbing and recommend anyone that needs reliable plumbers. They cleaned up and left the place as founded"

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
