"Finest Fence took a lot of time working with multiple families to come up with a workable solution. Finest Fence (FF) was not the cheapest, but choose them based on reviews. We accepted FF's proposal in totality including the suggested upgrade, except for a middle or third rail. Anything missing from the scope of our job was not due to us turning it down. While installing the new gate, the workers got spray paint on the house (pic). Awkward transition from the gate to the connecting fence. The problem was fixed, see the before and after pic. Did not connect the new fence to the old section of fence. The problem was fixed, see before picture. They removed cinder blocks that were preventing soil erosion on the slope between my house and our neighbor's house with new boards. The new boards do were unsightly and do not prevent erosion."

Not 2 minutes went by after submitting my inquiry and I received a call from Joel. "Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"Starting off, my roof was in bad condition. Unfortunately we had a few leaks and the shingles were worn out and just didn’t look good for a little while. We met with Isaac and a few other experienced contractors to get an estimate to redo our roof. As simple as a roof may seem, Isaac really went into detail about the whole process of the job. He explained to us many ways that our roof could turn out in the long run, including the different materials we can use according to our budget. He also recommended that we replace our insulation, which was a huge reason for why the home would get so hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. The job was finished in less than 72 hours from the time they started. Thanks to Superior we have a shingle roof with a warranty long enough for us and even the next owner to come. The insulation made a huge difference as well. Every step of the way Isaac has proven his knowledge and integrity to be true. I’m looking forward to embarking on a new project with Superior and highly recommend to use this contractor."
