"Great experience. Easy to work with and excellent work. Installed a tankless water heater and trouble shot it until it was perfect!"

"Ty was great! He was very responsive, even on a Sunday night. He helped me weigh my options on tank vs tankless, and fit me in on Monday. He got my water heater replaced, tested, and working better than ever. He also got me the necessary safety equipment our previous system was lacking and was a pleasure to chat with. Thanks so much Water Heater Guyz!"

"The day the service was scheduled did not go well. We were scheduled between 8 and 12, but they called in the morning to move it back to 10 to 2. I called them after 2 because we had not heard anything. The technician finally came around 3:45. I think it is very poor customer service to expect someone to wait all day for a service call. Once the technician arrived the service was done very professionally. He did find that they should have enlarged our vent with the install two years ago, and they will have to come back and do that. It makes me think they did not have proper attention to detail during the install. There also was an up-sale so that a $79 service call ended up costing us over $450."

"SG Quality Builders was the last of 5 different pros we took estimates from. SGQB seemed to be the most knowledgeable and had the expertise to do a complete job installing our new tankless water heater. Because of how our existing water heater was plumbed, installing our tankless was more difficult than most. Serge took the time to explain how the installation would be completed and answered all my questions. The installation was completed as planned including the permit and inspections also handled by SGQB. SGQB did many steps to minimize the disruption to our daily routine and did the little things like covering our carpet when they worked inside the house. The water heater works great. We would definitely invite this pro for future projects."

"Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 12/1/2020 I am very pleased with the service I received today from Electrical Technician Bogdan Ovsyychuk and his assistant. He replaced overhead lighting in my kitchen at a very reasonable cost and I am very happy with the result. They both were also very friendly and personable and wore masks and all other necessary protective equipment. I highly recommend them for electrical work!"

His exceptional customer service, extensive plumbing expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and positive attitude significantly enhanced our experience and solidified our loyalty to Elite. Brandon's professionalism and thoroughness were evident as he completed the job, ensuring that the area was left as clean as he found it—without any additional dirt or mess. He took the time to explain each step clearly and made certain that all our questions and concerns were addressed to our satisfaction with out rushing us or confusing us. The water pressure is now awesome. My husband is greatful he can now take warm showers even if the irrigation system is running. Thank you once again for your outstanding service."
