"This was my first experience with each of the services that Burrous Bros. provided.  I was surprised at what seemed to be a higher cost than I expected.  Frank Burrous explained that the products for sealing and stain resistant treatments are costly.  I decided to proceed with the work since it isn't done very often. <br /> Frank and the Burrous staff were outstanding.  Frank followed with me throughout the scheduling, estimating, and service processes. He asked if I had any questions about the items he estimated or the services that would be performed.  Didier the technician was very professional doing the work and had tools to make sure that the long hose from his van through my home didn't mark up the walls.  He was very methodical and paced himself to ensure that the work was done completely and thoroughly. <br /> Once finished, I was given printed information on what action to take (if any) to keep each of the items optimally clean and, if necessary, to call if there were any issues or dissatisfaction.
