"The company arrived on time and he did a thorough completion of the job. The treatment did not kill all the termites and they returned. I contacted the company on 04/24/14 and I re-contacted the owner Mike. He was extremely polite and attentive. He scheduled me immediately for re-treatment of my home. I will use this company for any of my pest control problems.

"I called Norman’s defeated from receiving an almost 10,000 bid to rid our home of mice. Frank came out after hours on the same day to take a look at our issue. He was so helpful. Answered all of our questions and explained every step of the process. He gave us suggestions of products to buy and tips to rid our home of the mice. He left us traps to use and told us to call him with any questions or issues. He truly cared about my family’s safety. This was top notch service. I can’t thank Norman’s or Frank enough!! Definitely recommend for any of your rodent or pest needs."

"It ws fine. They sprayed inside and out for bugs and gave me a free termite inspection. Not sue if we will sign up for their termite plan because it's $279.00 a month for a long as you are in your house. If you never have termites, that's a lot of money you are out. I think we will maybe look else where for someone to do termite inspections."
