"The only issue I have is with the installation...they didn't do a good job. They broke a few items during the installation that someone had to come back at a later date to fix (screw plug area was cracked, cracked sliding area, and then they said that one of the windows was missing a screw/pin). After they left I found some areas that they did not caulk so they returned a few days later (because it was supposed to rain) to caulk the missed areas. The windows look good and time will tell the quality of the windows themselves. I was also told that if there was any wood rot that this would be addressed/replaced by the installers, however he told me that they do not do that/that a contractor would have to do that (they did find an area with some wood rot and did not replace this wood). I would use window world again but who they contracted with to do this installation was the problem."

"They did a wonderful job replacing my roof. They were quick and professional."

"We had extensive wood rot that needed to be replaced on our 85 year old house and then had all of our trim sealed and repainted. Randy was very easy to work with and was extremely detail oriented. Not only would I recommend him to others, but I plan to call him back the next time I need ANY work done on my house."

"PBA Siding was fantastic to work with. We replaced our old batten board siding with James Hardie fiber cement. They also replaced our garage doors and front/back doors. They were very reasonable on price, with fantastic craftsmanship. Their crew cleaned up after every shift, and they worked incredibly ho*** ** our house. The house looks brand new, and we are so thankful to PBA Siding! My parents are now also using them on their house, highly recommend!!"

"Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. The house looks fantastic, and I never need to worry about rotten siding again. Would highly recommend."

"Brian came and discussed what they had to offer. We knew we wanted James Hardy Siding - costs seemed reasonable - better price than one other bid we got. The crew was at our house 4 days - cleaned up after each day, were pleasant & professional. Oscar, the crew chief, addressed any of our concerns - we were 100% happy."

"Morning Star came out and gave us a bid on this job after we read positive reviews on Angie's List. We had 3 total vendors bid our windows and all 3 were inline with price. We were impressed with Melissa's desire to make sure they were our vendor. Melissa was willing to work around our budget and we came to an agreement on the job cost and chose Morning Star to be our provider. Melissa did an excellent job explaining things and making us feel confident in our choice. Morning Star gave us an accurate turn around time once the windows were ordered and when the windows were ready, they scheduled a day to install that was within their original time estimate. One thing we would have appreciated during the process was a call or notification when the window order was placed or when the windows were shipped from the manufacturer, just to keep us in the loop. When the installers came out they worked very professionally and did a great job. We had some pretty big spots of wood rot in some sills and brick mold but the installers did an excellent job of replacing all spots before wrapping in vinyl.Melissa came out during the install and afterwards to walk through the job and make sure we were satisfied. The biggest surprise to us was how much quieter the house was after install! Definitely a quality window.  We were more than pleased with Morning Star and will bid with them as well when we replace our siding.
