One of their subcontractors damaged areas and items which were undamaged by the water and Hays replaced damaged items with new items at their cost without hassle.  They also acted as an intermediary with the insurance company to resolve claim issues.  Their project manager was in frequent contact throughout the repair period and arranged a few extra upgrades we wanted (at our cost). <br />"
