"Customer Service was excellent from Adam of Painter1. He did everything he could to help us get what we wanted. He even changed the schedule when we, due to our own error, needed to choose a different color that originally chosen. Adam got the painters the special equipment they needed and even sent over an experienced painter to help them with some advice. The only problem I had was that the paint crew. Though as friendly and accommodating as they could be, it was obvious that they did not have much experience with professional exterior painting. With more experience and some apprenticeship with professional painters, I am sure they can reach a professional level if they stick to it. They did the best they could with the experience they had but for the price I had expected a crew of one or two very professional painters who could have finished in half the time. I would contact Painter1 next time I need painting done but would put in a requirement for the painter(s) to be experienced professionals."

"Rusty the owner was very nice man and professional. The crew came was professional and courteous and respectful to us and our dog. If we had questions the were willing to answer. They cleaned up after themselves as well. There was nothing left behind. They did an amazing job. We are very happy with the results. Will hire again. Great deal great job. "Nyboer builders did a great job with this project.  They took a bit longer than expected to complete the project,  but only a couple of weeks past the estimate and weather did play a part for some of the delay.  The quality of the work was excellent.  The roofing crew were all very friendly and very responsive to questions or small requests.    The job supervisor was especially professional and courteous.   I would highly recommend Nyboer builders to anyone.  I hope to use them again in the future for some remodeling work.

He provided a complete estimate, gave good advice on material purchases and was responsive to my scheduling needs. We did have to work around some of Jim's family activities but he gave me plenty of prior notice and was flexible with me in rescheduling work days. On the job, Jim and his partner were very task oriented, aways appropriate in behavior and punctual. Again, any changes in schedule were communicated in advance. The work site was cleaned each day.
