"Colvin agreed to install the new vanity, sink, medicine cabinet and sink faucet and cut the legs off the over-the-toilet cabinet and mount it on the wall in addition to installing the new shower and the exhaust fan which we purchased from Colving. The electrician Colvin had install the exhaust fan not only installed the fan, but vented it out through the roof which was a major plus. The over-the-toilet cabinet accidentally fell over during the project and the glass doors broke. Colvin replaced the cabinet with a better grade wall cabinet at no extra cost to us. Brad, the installer, started the project on a Thursday and had it completed by the following Wednesday. Brad was always punctual, conscientious and hardworking. I’m short and the shower head was just a little too high. When Guy Colvin came out for the final inspection, he lowered the shower head so I could easily reach it and said there was a bracket available that could be installed for use when I didn’t want to get my hair wet. We liked that idea. Guy said he would send Andy, another installer (who lives in Leo), out to install the bracket and put knobs on the wall cabinet for us. On the scheduled day, Andy arrived a few minutes before the time agreed on and had the shower bracket installed and the knobs put on the wall cabinet in short order. It may sound silly, but the shower bracket and cabinet knobs really made my day! Our entire experience with Colvin Kitchen & Bath was a very pleasant one, beginning with Josh Walters, the Sales Representative, right through Julie in the office to Randy Colvin, Brad, Guy Colvin and Andy. We highly recommend Colvin Kitchen & Bath to anyone who wants a bathroom remodeled."

"He used the best hardware in the cabinet that could be obtained which is what I wanted. His carpentry work on the shelves was exceptional. The only issue I had at all was that I thought I had contracted with him to do a staining, the inside and outside. He did not stain the inside but there may have been a miscommunication. I am not sure that I can fully blame him for that."

"We are very pleased by the responsiveness and efficiency of the technicians at Paul Davis.  I was unsure of what kind of service we might get on a weekend, but we obviously were in need of something fast.  Paul Davis arrived within an hour of our initial call, and just a few hours later, they had all of the standing water removed from our basement, and had set dehumidifiers and dryers throughout to get our basement dried quickly.  They returned on Monday to assess the progress, to remove some of the equipment and to redirect the driers to the areas that were still showing some dampness.  They then returned on Wednesday for a final assessment and to remove their equipment.  Each time they came, they called about 30 minutes before arriving to insure it was still a good time.  I work from our home, and each time they were respectful of my work area, and my time.  They were prompt and professional at all times.  <br /> They also have returned to conduct a final damage assessment and provide us with a quote for carpet sanitizing and repairs due to water damage.  Their quote is in line with the quote our insurance adjuster did.  They were very helpful in getting the invoice and damage quotes to our homeowners insurance quickly in order for it to be processed. <br /> We could not be happier with the work that Paul Davis provided for us. Their quick response to our frantic Sunday morning call insured that our water damage was not more than it was, and we appreciate all that they did and the professionalism they exhibited while conducting the work. <br />"

"We had a very large project of roofing, siding and gutters replaced on our house, garage & shed. and all was handled in a very timely matter going beyond what was quoted with fixing some unseen damages without the extra cost to us. Dealing with the people was a great experience from our first call to the office to get an estimator out to the project manager and the crews doing the job. "We had a small water leak which continued for some time until it finally shorted our alarm system.  Damage involved our kitchen and dining room floors and walls and lower level bath and bedroom.  Hays performed repair by removing damaged walls and floors, removing undamaged kitchen cabinets and later returning them after replacing floors.  Total time involved was about 6 weeks. One of their subcontractors damaged areas and items which were undamaged by the water and Hays replaced damaged items with new items at their cost without hassle.  They also acted as an intermediary with the insurance company to resolve claim issues.  Their project manager was in frequent contact throughout the repair period and arranged a few extra upgrades we wanted (at our cost). <br />"
