"The crew, led by Kayleigh, arrived early, and they completed the job with the utmost professionalism. This was a roof replacement, with two layers of shingles. My neighbor left for work at 7 am and when she returned at 4 pm, they were done with all but a few touch-ups and finishes. I was thoroughly impressed with the individual work ethic and the character displayed by each member of the crew. I will be recommending them to my neighbors, and I highly recommend them to you. One final note: the office staff at American Standard Roofing was very attentive and responsive when called upon. I had a positive experience with the entire team from estimate to completion. "I'm writing this review for my 84 year-old grandfather. I really do appreciate the service done by this company. Some shingles had blown off the roof of his home during a rainstorm. Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. And the price was excellent compared to some of the other ones we had called around to get. I appreciate this companies honesty and professionalism. His roof is as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone I know."

"The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."

"I hired this company to put a new roof. Their salesman Alvin is a very nice person and also knowledgeable. Not like other companies, CHI whatever they tell you they will install from type of Shingles to protection tape and other stuff, they use the same stuff. I definitely recommend this company. The only thing which I would recommend is that after they complete their work, make sure all the nails (old or new) are removed from the property as I still find some nails on the ground periodically. But from craftsmanship, they are great!"
