"I called for a quote on Monday and spoke with the owner, Bob. He was friendly, didn't seem rushed (like a couple other places I called, who seemed annoyed at the fact they had to talk on the phone), and informed me he had an opening Thursday. He also offered to give me a ride to work if needed, being they'd need my car all day (from 8am - 4:30pm). I scheduled the appointment and dropped off my car at 7:55 Thursday morning -5 minutes before they're even open- where a very friendly lady (Bob's wife?) was already at work. "I called Window Genie and got (I reckon) their answering service, to whom I gave my home address, my e-mail address, and a description of the work I wanted done. That evening, I received a message in my inbox, with a quote. Apparently they had looked up my home address and found my home's size, and the quote was based on that. I was also quoted an Internet/Yelp discount, I wonder if the phone number in the Yelp database is one of several, so that if someone calls that number, they know that the person had found them on Yelp. The next day I called the number in the e-mail message, and had the most delightful conversation with Lisa about the details of the work to be done. She scheduled me for about two weeks out, "between 2 and 4." I got a reminder phone call the evening before the work was scheduled. Marcellino and Eric called when they had finished their previous job, and arrived here at 1:30. No problem. After a brief introduction, they went right to work. They climbed up on the roof and acquainted themselves with the lay of the land, then got down to actually cleaning the gutters. I haven't checked the gutters myself, but based on how they filled the 64-gallon yard-waste bin with leaves and needles, I'm sure everything is fine. Note: absolutely NO debris from the gutters was left lying on the ground. They even went above and beyond the call of duty and wiped most of the dirt off the top of a garden window that is almost inaccessible. They offered to clean the solar panels using a brush and deionized water, but I declined."
