It would have been better to let me know clearly that the installer was over booked because I stayed home for three days when I had things that I needed to do and was waiting."

"Great service all around. 1. Called the office to discuss the issue. Made an appointment for a formal inspection and quote. 2. Two guys showed up as scheduled and inspected the sewer with a camera. 3. We discussed the options and they worked up the proposal. 4. I only got one quote as I have had it looked at a couple times previously over the years and I felt comfortable with the cost as well as the folks I interacted with. 5. The following day I called to let them know it was a go and scheduled the work. 6. There was a team of 6 guys that arrived the day of the sewer line replacement, they were all personable and worked well with each other. They put in a hard days work and got it all done and cleaned up on the same day. From making the call to the completed work was 4 days. Very satisfied with the entire process. We had used Medina Best plumbing before a couple of years ago and trusted the company. So we were not surprised to hear about the leak but it just helped to hear it from someone we trusted.  Eloy gave up step by step reasons and explanations of the plumbing on why there is a leak and also gave us a quote on a pin point test. He went into detail what the pin point test would consist of. The static test performed on Sunday was cheaper than the charge we were given in 2008 so that was goood to hear too."

"The plumber was very prompt. He called @ 9 a.m. & said he would be here @ 10:30. He arrived promptly at 10:30, was friendly, professional and courteous and was able to identify the problem right away. The water heater was okay but the pilot was out. He showed me how to re-light the pilot. Unfortunately the service call was $75, a little pricey for re-lighting a pilot! I would, however, use this company again for any future plumbing issues."
