Turns out he was able to unclog the line with about 40 ft of snake line and was no need for further work. Plumber was polity and communicated well. They also cleaning our sewer line. "The plumber was very prompt. He called @ 9 a.m. & said he would be here @ 10:30. He arrived promptly at 10:30, was friendly, professional and courteous and was able to identify the problem right away. The water heater was okay but the pilot was out. He showed me how to re-light the pilot. Unfortunately the service call was $75, a little pricey for re-lighting a pilot! I would, however, use this company again for any future plumbing issues."
