"Spagnoli Flooring replaced our floors in May 2023. They did a spectacular job right from material recommendation / selection to installation. They recommended Mirage Floors for materials. We selected Sierra red oak engineered hardwood, 3/4 inch thick. It was perfect for our needs & exudes a certain warmth & richness throughout the entirety of the space. The installation process was streamlined. They moved furniture from one side of the apartment to the other as they proceeded with installation. New baseboards were modern. They replaced a wooden saddle on the bathroom threshold & installed a new saddle on the kitchen threshold - both marble - with the same high-quality workmanship seen in the overall floor install. Their workers - including project manager, were professional & courteous, & protected the apartment while working in it. Their customer service & back-office support was exemplary ensuring Certificate of Insurance (COI), job scheduling & payment processing went smoothly. They also proactively ensured the home owner received a rebate that the materials supplier happened to offer at the time of ordering materials. Overall, a great experience! We love our new floors! We paint, build, and refurbish cabinets and furniture , we do interior and exterior painting as well as kitchen and bathroom remodeling . We are also licensed for mold assessment/testing and mold removal/ and remediation and are fully insured.

Flat rubber padding can last for up to 20 years, while prime foam often needs to be replaced in less than five years. Worn padding affects your carpet’s comfort and support, so regular inspections help determine when it’s time for an upgrade.
You should replace your carpet padding when it no longer provides adequate support. Signs that it's time for a replacement include loss of springiness, visible lumps or dips, and a crinkly sound underfoot. Replacing the padding promptly preserves both comfort and the appearance of your carpet, helping to extend its lifespan and prevent premature wear.
