"The gentleman that came to my house was very nice, very professional, but I was charged $200.00 to replace the water hoses on my water heater with maybe $5.00 worth of PVC pipe......yes, they made a huge profit on this job. The next day I discovered a leak in a whole new location which didn't exist before he came. It's disappointing to say the least."

"Simple problem with simple solution. Two water heaters needed to be flushed and this was done quickly and efficiently."

"Green’s was promp, punctual, and professional! Within two days they assessed the problem, procured the part and had it installed in two hours. Dominique was knowledgeable on the phone, and his service team were amazing. The replacement pump surpassed my expectations. They performed all of the prep work and left the area better than it was. I couldn’t tell they were here, except for a wonderfully functioning pump. We had a hard rain two days later, and the pump automatically turned on and evacuated the water seamlessly. No more water intrusion. I would hire this company again without a second thought and strongly recommend them!"

"We had our main water pipe burst out in the middle of night, and while we lost a lot of water overnight (the bill from the water company hasn't arrived yet), the first one who responded with assistance in less than 24 hours were the guys from Drain Genie Plumbing. John, the owner, sent two plumbers, Adrian and Aaron, who had worked for more than 4 hours until 12:00am (!) and didn't leave before patiently making sure everything was working and in order. The finished the repair and cleaned everything showing the professionalism and patience. I'd definitely hire them again!"

"I awoke to NO water in my house. After checking everything I knew to check, I looked at the list of plumbers and decided to put in an emergency call to Glenn Tatum Plumbing.
The responded quickly to my home in North Lake County, diagnosed the problem, got parts and repaired the problem. Chris and Glenn were responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to take care of my emergency call. thank you.
I will use them anytime a problem arises and I will also refer them to my friends.
