We were taking down an old deck and adding a room to our house, along with doing a little kitchen remodeling. Dave and Andrew are excellent craftsmen. They also came up with creative solutions to some tricky design problems. Dave and Andrew always showed up on time, worked hard, then cleaned up the site at the end of the day. My step-father was a builder and I learned from him that there are right ways and wrong ways to do a job. Dave and Andrew did things the right way, and never cut corners. I highly recommend Green Island Homes. Also, I got 4 bids on this job and their price was very fair."

I spent quite a bit of time interviewing and getting quotes for a major 2 story deck project for my house which included some intense structural improvements to my house as well, since some of the existing columns where in tough shape. I’m so glad that I picked Dave Pierre and his great crew to do this for me! Dave’s price was very reasonable and he was very much on top of all details. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with every step of the project. His crew of over 12 years was also very skilled and often had discussions about challenges to make sure the details where the best that they could be before proceeding on the the next phases. The price quoted prior to job was price unpaid upon completion. He took the time to set up my car to the garage openers and he cleaned up and took parts etc with him. Lisa is the office was also very kind and helped schedule the visit in a timely manner. i would highly recommend saugus door. Beware of other companies that you can’t identify."

"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
