He examined the work, he's professional, on time, he was late by traffic but he called me and let me know, he's friendly, he gave me an estimate and try to figure out how he could save me money. He went out of his way because he don't normally do my area, he mostly do business. He cleaned up after himself. He tested his work after completing it by running the hot and cold water over and over to make sure that his work was complete."
