"Ken came out Sunday (we called Saturday afternoon). He drained the machine, diagosed the problem, and came back later with the part he had ordered. He fixed the machine and it works perfectly now. He was very candid in telling us what it would cost and whether it was worth repairing or not . He showed up on time and kept his word on everything. In a word, he was perfect."

"Very timely, visited ya the same day request was submitted in. Sunday, no extra charge. We had multiple appliances that needed to be serviced and they were willing to negotiate with me on the price for the service call. Issues were diagnosed and fixed correctly the first time. Would not hesitate to use them again and / or recommend to anyone"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I highly recommend this company. Dan was on time, knowledgeable, and the issue with my oven was fixed very quickly. The prices were also very honest and very reasonable. I am satisfied with their service."

"The Equipment Drs were incredibly helpful and acted quickly to repair our dryer. Thorough communication during the whole process. Our technician was friendly, knowledgable, and efficiently installed the new timer. Thank you El!"

"Dan was a pleasure to deal with. He is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend hiring him for any appliance repair work."

"The guy that came out was nice but really didn’t do a great job of troubleshooting. He said it was a pressure sensor problem and that the whole control board needed to be replaced. He called and gave his shop and they gave me a price of over 350 dollars. I told him no way I’m gonna pay that since it was more than the machine is worth. He then offered that I call the manufacturer to see if they could help which I did. The manufacturer sent their own repair man and that guy just pretty much reset the computer and now my machine works well. I should have just called the manufacturer first. I had to pay the 80 dollar service call to Affordable Appliance for them just to diagnose it. I was charged the 80 at first and the owner Richie contacted me and was very helpful in making my situation right. He refunded me the charge for the service call and offered his business again if I want it in the future. This was a great way to show that he cares about his customers and based by that action, I will recommend him for future jobs."

"I bought cabinets here years ago but I wanted to make a comment about Brian and his character. Totally unrelated to appliance service but speaks to the character of the man. I lost an envelope of cash in Big Y recently. I was a wee bit frantic not knowing where I could have lost it. I finally remembered going into shop. Dejectedly, I called Big Y and yes they did have it !! turned by none other than Brian Angelo. Who does that ? Thanks Bro your a good man. A little something coming your way . Bless"

"Prompt response even though my refrigerator broke after working hours, and very reasonable repair costs. I don't want to have another large appliance failure again, but if I do, I know who I'll call first."
