"Everything went really well! It took awhile (6 months) for the windows to come and the front exterior door about another month, but once they were here installation happened in about 3 days with a couple more days for paint touch ups. We replaced 15 windows, the front exterior door with 2 sidelites and the interior door to the garage. We ordered the windows prestained and then the trim was finished before installation. The installers were prompt, courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and Rick was great facilitating everything. Everything passed our local inspections and looks great! We highly recommend Eagle Siding and would hire them again!"

"This company is very easy to work with. Our first interaction was with Tyler, the consultant, who brought samples to our meeting. He described the different options, explained the benefits of each, and was knowledgeable about best practices about roof installation, ventilation, and energy efficiency. He submitted 3 proposals for different options within a week. After our selection and down payment, Edgar, the project manager contacted us and told us when the project would start. The install crew deserve a special shout-out - these guys installed our metal roof on the hottest week in July. They were diligent and showed up early to the job site. "Contacted Twin City Handyman to do a number of jobs around the house. Darren promptly came out, reviewed the work to be done and issued a quote on the project. Within a couple of weeks Trevor arrived to do the project. The wall patch, shower door install and grab bar install went well. The pocket door install was another story. There are few companies out there who can do pocket doors, so I knew I was taking a chance by employing a handyman service to do the job. First, the cost of the door install was $2365.00, the bulk of which was for labor. When the install was done, the door was out of alignment in every possible way. The door does close, so it is useable. On their behalf, Twin City Handyman has tried to make the correction to the door, but without much success. A complete reinstall is probably the only answer to the problem, but I will have to find someone else at a later date. In closing, Darren and Trevor are very professional and truly do want to do the best job possible. I just believe, they should have turned down the pocket door install, as they had little experience in that area."
