"This was a complex project with a lot of moving parts.
Several thousand square feet of patio, complicated pool coping and a significant amount of reconstruction. The land I gave Carl to work with was ugly and unstable.
I give Carl an A for time and price because of the value he brings to the table. Not because he's the cheapest or the fastest sprinter.
Some significant challenges materialized over the course of the job that added time and cost to the project. The great thing is Carl rolled with the punches, reacted fast, didn't compromise quality, and never asked for more money.
This was not an easy piece of land to work with. A 40 year old pool patio on shaky foundations.
His foreman/mason Eddie is the only person I trust to do anymore work on my hardscape/landscape. His ability, attention to detail and work ethic is unquestionable.
Carl brings 30 years of experience to the table; great design ideas, flexibility, problem solving, vision..........value!!
Additionally, Carl has a fantastic network of partners that are just as reliable.
I would be happy to provide a reference to all serious buyers.

"Both Josephs were responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable- They called and came to look at the problem within half a day of my initial inquiry. I was lucky that they happened to be working on another house just a couple of blocks away. So, they came the next day to do work : 1. Fill cracks on the ground, and build a run-off in the alley way to stop water from damaging the exterior wall, and going down to the basement. The basement did remain dry after 2 days of rain after. 2. a few days later, replaced 2 cracked bricks on the facade of the house. I am very impressed with how Joe F. took time to seal the mortar around the bricks so carefully...beautiful work. I recommend them very much!"

"Steve replaced the top of a stone pillar that had been knocked off and damaged by fallen trees. He did a wonderful job making it look like it had before the damage. He was courteous and professional and did a great job communicating with me."

"Kris and Bob made a master piece for a walkway and stairs using materials we have wanted to display for many years. They were prompt and extremeely curtious of my landscaped areas. Available to answer any questions or concerns regardless of time of day or night. They are both exceptionally creative and go way above and beyond our expectations so much that we would be honored to have them come back to do several other projects for us."

"Carl was great to work with! From the beginning stages of a prompt call back and estimation to seeing the work through to the end. His team completed a stone block wall installation in less than a week. They were very professional and the quality of the work surpassed my expectations. Carl was always available for the questions and additional requests that came up during the project. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and result."
