"Frankie responded immediately to my request for an estimate. He walked the roof, took pictures, and explained his estimate using the pictures. He also showed me samples of the shingles and other materials he would be using. Another company said they would never go on the roof without permission and used some sort of imaging and thought part of my roof was flat (it is not) then gave me a very high estimate. My brother-in-law, who has his own construction business, looked at the three bids I got for my roof and said go with Frankie Contractor, LLC., the estimate looks good and the price is fair. Frankie kept in contact about the day his company would come to replace my roof. The crew was quiet, respectful, and hard-working and completed the job in a day. The new roof looks great with Timberline shingles. Clean-up was good. If I had any complaint at all it would be that there are shingles and roof dirt in my attic and I am not sure why or how it got inside the house.
