The boiler came in late in the afternoon and George assured me that when I got up the next morning Iâ d have heat. He stuck true to his word and worked through the night (didnâ t leave my house until 3:30 in the morning) to get my new boiler installed and my heat up and running. He is easy to communicate with and does great work. The final install looks amazing, you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
