"I hired Diego of Upper Level Construction, Inc. to do the work of totally replacing the 2 roofs of my house. While some other potential contractors were only content with a satellite image of the roof I chose Diego because of his 'Boots on the roof approach': He deftly set up a ladder and walked all over the roof taking pictures, which helped me to appreciate just what was needed. He also had a good look at the plywood underlayer in the attic. It turned out that a part of the lower roof needed to be raised to have an adequate slope-none of this could have been seen from just a'skyview.' The existing very old triple layer of shingles and asphalt layer were removed and replaced by an all new underlayer and attractive shingles by the work team-all in one day. On the way they took care of unexpected minor issues such as reconnecting air exhaust vents and repairing gutter leads at no charge. I was very pleased with the work that was done, both terms of its quality and its fair cost."

He not only repaired damaged shingles on my roof that I could see but examined whole roof and took corrective action on areas of the roof that were about to become problems. He took this initiative on his own. There was no extra charge for this additional work. Work was done so well that you can not distinguish repaired areas from existing roof. I highly recommend Jesse Oltmanns because he takes pride in his work. Will definitely use him again for roofing and other odd home repairs. He comes on time and finishes work.
