That said, we were able to go into a contract that day, and my roof was completed within a week or so. He shows up with a small army and they get right to it and don't stop till the job is done. Abe is also very transparent with the progress throughout the day and points out other issues that get exposed once you start removing shingles. "Frankie responded immediately to my request for an estimate. He walked the roof, took pictures, and explained his estimate using the pictures. He also showed me samples of the shingles and other materials he would be using. Another company said they would never go on the roof without permission and used some sort of imaging and thought part of my roof was flat (it is not) then gave me a very high estimate. My brother-in-law, who has his own construction business, looked at the three bids I got for my roof and said go with Frankie Contractor, LLC., the estimate looks good and the price is fair. Frankie kept in contact about the day his company would come to replace my roof. The crew was quiet, respectful, and hard-working and completed the job in a day. The new roof looks great with Timberline shingles. Clean-up was good. If I had any complaint at all it would be that there are shingles and roof dirt in my attic and I am not sure why or how it got inside the house. Recently my shingle warranty arrived in the mail so Frankie went full circle and completed the job by doing what needed to be done to register the job with the shingle company for the warranty. "After receiving storm damage in April 2024, I submitted a claim to my Home Insurance Company and gave Dale from Roof Brothers the claim number. Dale provided a repair estimate to the Insurance Company and even met the adjuster when he came to do the appraisal. The Insurance Company said repairs could be done for under $900. Dale convinced my Insurance Company that was not the case. I would not have known how to convince the Insurance Company to pay for a complete new roof. Enough good cannot be said for the diligence and efforts Dale displayed. Being insurance ignorant, I would have stopped when the insurance talked repair. All insurance negotiations were done by The Roof Brothers and when all was said and done, I got a $42,581 roof for the cost of my deductible of $1000. I extend a very heart felt Thank You to The Roof Brothers crew. They are professional, knowledgeable and proficient. I highly recommend them for any needed roofing repairs."

"Edwin and his team were unbelievably professional and efficient! The work is beautiful! We had a severe Thunderstorm less than 5 hours after they finished and we had no problems! I’m so thankful I found Edwin. His team was respectful and cleaned my yard as good as could be cleaned. They took extra care to not damage anything! I had the estimate on Tuesday and the were tearing off and putting a new roof on the following Tuesday! Complete Tear off, all new plywood, re hung and repaired my gutters with new brackets, flashed and waterproofed my chimney, demoed our old antennas. It looks beautiful! He walked us through every step, I do do construction for a living, so it was nice to understand he was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy of what he was saying was true. I will be hiring again!
